Hi there, I had a look at your document but I am not sure about the first problem. Could you explain a bit more please? You said the route is not correct as the network directions. Do the driving directions not match the routes that are created? Is it routing the wrong direction down streets? If you could give more information, we can help.
As to your second problem, the route is calculated correctly, it's just displayed with straight lines instead of the full shapes so that it will display quicker in the software. To change, click on the pencil icon above the map > General tab > Follow Streets. See attached screenshot.
