Hi all,
I was wondering what factors does Esri use to demarcate road segments? For example, I found Iowa DOTs documentation about factors influencing road segment demarcation and some of them were change in surface type, change in width, etc.
What criteria does Esri use to demarcate the road segments? can anyone point me to some documentation about this?
