2022 UC Proposal / Justification Letter?

For user conference 2022, I am unable to find a proposal or justification letter. I need it to submit to my employer for approval. It has been posted on the website UC in the past UC, and now I can't find it. Please kindly advise.

Here's the UC 2020 justification letter template. I'm unsure if a 2022 version has been published yet.
