Download latest Water Utilities Network Editing Add-in? (for Desktop)

Where can I download this add-in? I have been searching all the ESRI sites for an excessively long time. I found the online help explaining what this does and how it does it. I found ArcGIS for Local Government, clicked on Water Utilities, but, the links provided just go back to more of the same. No mention of where to download the add-in. I even checked the Water Utilities page, still cannot locate where to download.

Is there not one hyperlink somewhere that says "To Download the Water Utilities Network Editing Add-in CLICK HERE" or at least something along these lines.

I am going to try using Google.

In the meantime, can someone show me the way? thanks.

I think the problem was I was searching resources.arcgis.com and support.esri.com and esri.com and should have been searching www.arcgis.com; otherwise how could I find it using Google in less than a minute and after 30 minutes still not find it on the ESRI site.

But, seriously, I must give kudos to ESRI for providing excellent documentation and training video on this cool add-in! 🙂
