The 2016 Esri Water Conference is just around the corner: February 9-11,2016.
The call for papers deadline has been extended to November 20th. If you are attending and haven't submitted to present here's your chance!
Also, the Esri Technical Sessions have been posted to the Water Conference web site. Check it out.
