I can't seem to get this widget to function??  I've only set up one layer to search for, but it never seems to load?

   I'm having the same issue.  I did download the CSVUtils.js but I am not sure the full path of where you paste it to?  Could you please let me know how you were able to get the tool up and running?  Or the full path on where I need to paste the CSVUtils.js?

I used the developer tools (F12 button) while in my WebApp to show me where the error was.  I went to that location that was called out in the error and placed it there.  Ex:  https://<servername>./portal/apps/webappviewer/jimu.js/CSVUtils.js?wab_dv=2.6 was my location
