Error Widget "Report" Web AppBuilder. version 2.5

Estoy a modo de prueba desarrollando el widget de ejemplo Report y no me funciona. Me gustaría saber que estoy haciendo mal. 

Adjunto widget para ver si pueden ver donde tengo el error

I had a similar error.  My original web map had one feature service in it and the rest were map services.  Once i removed the feature service and only had map services in the web map, the sample Report widget in the web app started working.
