Is it possible to create a google map street view or Bing Map street view widget for WAB developer edition.

I am trying to add a customized widget through WAB developer edition to include a widget on the application.When I will click on this widget and hover over the map and click on any geographic location, then with that click it should open a new window with google map or bing map street view for that particular geographic location. Is there any widget already built-in to solve this purpose?
