Print Widget Question

Hello
I have a client using a JS webmap we created and they want to print 24"x36" size plots from the print widget. there does not seem to be anything larger than 11x17 size. Is it possible to print larger maps? if so can you let me know how to go about this?

Tina,

   The process involves setting up a custom print service on ArcGIS Server and defining your custom print templates that this service will use to print (i.e. print templates that are larger than 11 x 17).
