Help me about this problem !!!!

Hi all,

I'm practicing Esri Maps for Office by creating some maps and layers from excel file but there is a problem that I can't figure out. In Esri Maps for Office, I add data from excel file and then click on map it shows all the data that I chose but in browser(firefox and chrome) it misses some data like this picture

Please help me to fix that problem 😄 😄

Oh by the way, after I upload and share my map, my CSV file always shows nothing 😞 anyone helps me please 😞
