I am trying to run a route  in the Plan Routes in AGOL. I have 23 stops  with 1 vehicle  and setting each stop a 10 min. When I run the analysis in get the following:

Error:

The number of features in feature collection is zero. PlanRoutes Failed

My solution for this problem was to uncheck "Use current map extent" that is in small print at the bottom of the analysis tool in ArcGISOnline.

Very true, the default value to limit the features to the visible extent is one that can create this error, or be sure to zoom out the visualize all the features. However, uncheck that option is much better.

Since you answered you own question, could you mark that answer as the correct answer and close the thread?

I am getting a similar yet different error.

"The maximum number of vehicles to route must be equal to the number of features in GWLocationsforArcGISUpload. PlanRoutes failed."

I am testing the plan routes analysis by using a single vehicle to visit 12 locations. I did not place a time limit for the vehicle. I unchecked the "use current map extent."

Any suggestions?

Can you make the map public or share the layer?
