We have an application we're developing. One of the features we're interested in adding is a map that would show various events that could affect supply chain. For example, a tornado that strikes a town where a company's primary supplier is located. The problem I'm having is that either the data is old, archived for historical research, or it's too specific - e.g. only covers tornadoes, or floods, or earthquakes.

I've looked on data.gov, FEMA, gDACS, and searched endlessly on google. I'm not having any luck finding a real-time data feed for this app. I thought I would ask here to see if anyone can suggest a possible source.

Thanks!

Hi @MarkCreamer , Did you ever find a good disaster layer? I'm looking for the same thing but struggling to find a good source. I've explored FEMA's disaster layer but the county boundaries are not specific enough. Thanks!
