I have a question about Landsat 8 I am going to work on...

I am thinking about stacking all the bands however there are 15 m, 30m, and 100m Do you stack all together ?

This is to give the end-user to change their band ratio in ArcGIS. or should I just stack first 3 band ratio for each such as

According to this website : Band Combinations for Landsat 8 | ArcGIS Blog

4,3,2

7,6,4

5,4,3

and so on

I'd like to hear your input

It depends who your end-user is, what they want, and what they will use. If they have the capacity to make their own band composites, or use a wide range of band combinations, then providing all bands will be necessary. If they only want a few composites, then only provide that. You need to figure out your audience.

As darren said, your stacking /processing/ analysis relies on your application (how your user uses your LANDSAT 8).

Generally speaking, however, you can stack all bands together (be careful, in band's order) into one image as 'raw' LANDSAT 8...

In practice, different applications will process /analysis differernt bands or combination from those bands.

For example, two new spectral bands: a deep blue visible channel (band 1) specifically designed for water resources and coastal zone investigation, and a new infrared channel (band 9) for the detection of cirrus clouds.

In addition to Darren's and Larry's suggestions, if you need to stack bands with different resolutions then set the minimum resolution for the  output image. e.g if you want to stack 15m , 30m and 30m then use 15m cell size for output image. Using minimum resolution you can preserve information in all bands. Use Composite band tool to stack the bands.

Hope this helps
