Automating an "Import and Publish"

I'm currently developing a map for a local municipality that will display all the arrests within the last two weeks.  I'm using ArcGIS Public Safety Incident mapping and I have a map that meets the client's requests.  EXCEPT the "Import and Publish" script needs to run every two weeks without needing a human to open ArcMap and run the script manually.  Is this possible?  Where do I start?  I have zero programming knowledge and this is proving to be big pain.

This script can be scheduled to run at an interval of your choosing using Windows Task Scheduler. The workflow for this script is documented here:
