Public Notification Add Adjacent Parcel not working

Hi there -

When I click on "Add Adjacent Parcel" and use Ctrl to manually add additional parcels, I DO geometrically see additional parcels selected (as shown here).

As the instructions say, click on a selected parcel when done.  When I do this, the selection clears and the parcel I clicked on is now selected, the infowindow popups up and the whole cycle starts over.

Thoughts?

I should add that this is occurring in Chrome. I haven't tried other browsers.
