I am brand new newbie and our company want to build this tool. Currently we are using google maps to get drive time. After some readings, I have following questions:
1. As I know the attributes should be already here in arcGIS. Please correct me if I am wrong. If we use arcGIS, the user will be install the arcView, am I right? Does a separate license for this newly installed arcView needed? Roughly how much in Canada?
2. If I use free arcGIS online, are data realible enough? And weakness would provent me to use this?
