arcpy.QuickImport_interop can't handle chinese

Hi

I use quickimport to convert DWG file into GDB format, but  failed("QuickImport_interop error") due to  the Chinese level name (encoded in cp950 perhaps) in the dwg file.  Anyone can help solve this out?  I think it's encode/decode problem.
