Hello,
I have over 100,000 MrSid images in a handful of different projections. I would like to make them available as REST Image Services so they can be ingested using ArcGIS and the Flex Viewer platform. According to the article, below, it is possible to persist a transformation to a raster dataset without rectifying it. So, I'd like to ask others if they have any experience serving a raster mosaic in one projection, over REST, containing images referenced in a different projection. If it would work, it would likely save a lot of reprojection time.
