Hello Everyone,

I am using edit tool of arcgis viewer for flex 3.6 to create feature in database and now when i am using customized print widget to print this feature along with basemap , this seems to causing some problems. This issue is an intermittent issue but still making difficult for users.

Let me narrow down a problem a bit:

When feaure is created , i can see the feature exist in database and also available in print template because print template is directly pointing to feature class in geodatabase. Still , i am unable to see feature on my print . When i restart my gp service print is fine.

So, everytime i create or delete new feature and if i restart my gp service , print will come fine else not.

PS:: This problem will not come for old created feature like last day one.

Can anyone please help me in this issue. This is annoyinng.

Regards

Hello Everyone,

I have found the settings for above issue. Actually, for this gp service i have set a property using arccatalog

Right Click GP Service -> Service Properties -> Pooling -> the maximum time an idle instance can be kept running is set to 1 second instead of default 1800 second + Minimum no. of instances per machine is set to 0.

This way instance will kill itself if it idle for more than a second .

Regards
