I see that arcmap provide the html popup tool. It seems that the html popup form are combined by two elements, one is the Element in GraphicsContainer and the other is windows form .
Now I want to use the html popup tool in my own application, but I have no idea how to achieve it. I have seen that arcgis engine provide the IHtmlPopupIdentify or some other related interface, but it cannot provide the effect like the arcmap does. This problem has been bothering me for several days. Can someone tell me how to use the html popup tool with arcgis engine ?
