Water Inventory Report - Script Errors

I'm running the supplied script from the Windows Command Line and are receiving these errors:

The report tools require an Advance license of ArcGIS Desktop.  I just checked the solution page and we have the license level listed incorrectly.  We will get the help updated in the next release.

I was certain the previous version of this worked on Standard?  I do in fact still the maps on our ArcGIS Online account.

Could you make the next release work with Standard?  That would open it up to a lot more people.

We use a number of processes that require Advance.  One of those, Pivot, we have used since the beginning.  I do not believe these ever worked with Standard.
