Hello

I've tested the OfflineRoutingSample. It works when I run it under Simulator in Xcode. But it crashes when I run it on my iPhone 5s. Any clue as what may be the cause of such a behaviour?

Hello

Did further testing. OK when I deploy it to iPad running iOS 8.3. But it crashes when I deploy it to iPhone 5s running iOS 8.4.1. Could the problem be due to iOS 8.4.1?

Hi,

Which version of the SDK are you using? Does it crash as soon as the app launches?

What version of the sample are you using? Swift or ObjC? And can you share the backtrace or log of the error you are getting on the crash?

Hello

Sorry for my late response. I'm using Xcode 6.4 with Base SDK set to 'Latest iOS (iOS 8.4)' and the ObjC version. App crashed when it tried to work out the route after I've input the second point. I've attached a screenshot of the error trace. Could it because my iPhone is running on iOS 8.4.1 that is later than the Base SDK of iOS 8.4?

Hello Ong,

I can reproduce this issue as well. Both Swift & Objective-C of offline routing sample will freeze when running on physical devices. It seems like a runtime issue. Have you tried to contact with Esri technical support? We would recommend you to create the case with us and we can take a more detail search about this issue.
