Hello,

I am working with ArcMap 10.2 and Hec GEO-RAS and I have the following error messages when I click on RAS Geometry -> Stream centerline Attribute and then Lengths/Stations :

"River ID field in river feature OID 2 is not populated."

When I try to click RAS Geometry -> Stream centerline Attribute -> All I have the following warning :

"Error occurred in Stream Length Tool"

I have a pretty long river (subdivided in several reaches with the same name, for convenience of the use of the "saving edit" while I was drawing the river) so it would be nice if anyone could help me solving this issue.

Many thanks.

Maybe because there are sub-branches to branch of main river. After i deleted these branches with sub-branch,the error disappears. Hope this can help you .

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

May be the river did not assigned or the stations not assigned

You Please refer to the User manual "https://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-georas/documentation/HEC-GeoRAS42_UsersManual.pdf" on the HEC-GeoR tools on the Table 3-1. Summary of HEC-GeoRAS tools. you will see how to assign. Thank you!
