How Can i Assign OGC WKT notation coordinate systems to My las file in arcgis

Hi

I would like to know is there any way to assign  Coordinate system (including vertical) directly to my .las 1.4 file in OGC WKT notation using Arcmap 10.2 or advanced versions..

if not in Arcmap please suggest any other software
