I cannot create a new site -- ArcGIS Server 10.2.2

I get the error: 0x80040154 - Could not create object 'ConfigurationFactory'. I am trying to install ArcGIS Server version 10.2.2 on CentOS release 6.8 (Final). I think I'm missing some packages. Is there a list of required packages for this operating system?

FYI - the corresponding message in the log:

Server 10.2 is not supported on CentOS Linux. If you think you are missing packages, your best bet would be to look at the required Red Hat 6 packages listed in the System Requirements. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/system-requirements/10.2/index.html#/ArcGIS_for_Server/015100000...
