How can I add default administrators to my ArcGIS Online organization?

I signed up my high school for an organizational account for ArcGIS Online and I want to add some of my IT folks as default administrators so they can explore enterprise logins. Do I have to have someone at Esri do that for me or can I do it myself?

Add those individuals as users and assign their role as Administrator.

I need them to have default administrator access - for site structure and enterprise login configuration. That is only available to default administrators.

I believe the admin role has those rights.
