There were several sessions that I attended during the 2016 UC that I would like to see the slides from.  Will these be available somewhere?  Thanks.

Presumably? I did a presentation during the conference and presenters were instructed to provide digital copies of their slides to their session moderators by a certain date or they would not be able to present at the conference. Granted it's been several years since my last UC presentation but this was a new requirement to me.

So- they have the presentations; it's now a matter of uploading them.

Hah. Twenty minutes after replying, I get an email from ESRI:

"We would like to open the portal for your presentations to be included in the post conference proceedings. The portal to upload your presentation will be open from Friday, July 15 (8:00 am PST) to Wednesday, July 20 (6:00 pm PST). "

If you are looking fir the audio/video of the tech sessions, besides the location Jayanta pointed out, 50 of the sessions (chosen by Esri) will be available free http://video.esri.com  and the rest can be purchased thru a third party  Welcome to Esri Online | Esri Online  On a thumb drive that can be shared on a network for your org, and/or streamed (one log in). That page also list the sessions and shows the ones that will free.  https://s3.amazonaws.com/sokmedia/16_ESRI_UC_SESSIONS.pdf     Free ones have a star by them.

I find it worth it to

  1. refresh those I attended,
  2. let me skip sessions to watch later so I can attend things that are not recorded
  3. share with staff that could not attend

fwiw, I've found the recordings to be very good quality, of course with the occasional live demo glitches.
