Hi,

I am trying to authorize a License Manager on a machine that does have an internet connection but still, I get an error as the PC was not connected.

Can be that the port used for communicating is closed? Or the license manager is not allowed to communicate?

Any suggestion on the procedure to be followed is much appreciated as I am not mastering on Firewall issues.

Thanks.

Check the steps for Offline Authorization

Make sure these Ports (27000-27009) are open in firewall. You might like to bind the ArcGIS LM to a static port.
