Hi,

I am creating a geoform and I select to use my own basemap and esri's and I have no problem with that.

My problem starts when I select other base map, it change it fine but when I try to select my own base map it does not apear again, I can select other base map from esry (imagery).

So my question is, how can I add my base map to geoforms to be one of the options after i selected an Esri's basemap?

Thanks,

Hi Diego,

Are the basemaps in your basemap gallery in different Spatial References?

Thanks,

Hi Kelly,

No, our basemap is in the same spatial reference. When we use Web AppBuilder we can add our basemap using the widget but in ArcGIS online we haven't find how we can add that basemap to the gallery. doing that, our basemap would be available to be selected but we have no idea if it is possible to add our basemap on a web map.

thanks,

You need to add the basemap to the basemap group within the organization. Log in as your admin. Create a new map.

Add a layer from the web and make sure the Use as basemap is checked.

Save the map and share in the Basemap group.

Then it should show up in the basemap group.

From there it should be in the basemap gallery.

Then users can select an esri basemap and come back to your custom one.
