In ArcGIS online, using the tool Analysis ->Use Proximity -> Plan routes, what happens if I need to mark a road a closed?
For example, we are setting up a map to use for first responders to scour the city and inspect critical infrastructure for damage. After a significant event overpasses may collapse and make a road impassible. Can I set up a blockage on the road network so that the Plan Routes goes around the road closure?
