Can I link multiple data view frames in layout with ArcGIS Pro?

I have one layout set up in ArcGIS Pro with multiple data frames. I want these to show the same extents but with different data layers showing. Link Views works fine in the data frame tabs but the extents do not translate to the layout views. I have over 30 total project sites and I do not want to manually adjust all 6 frames for each project. The map series options only changes the extents on the one data frame. The other 5 do nothing. I have a combination of a 2D frame (location map with a map series set) and 3D oblique view frames (constraints overlaid on aerial).

Which release of ArcGIS Pro are you working with? You might want to look at Map Frame properties in ArcGIS Pro 1.3. There is a new section in that properties pane for Display Options, Constraint, that lets you link the map frame extent to another map frame extent. You should be able to use that to link multiple map frames to one "parent" map frame so that keeps all of the frames in sync.
