The latest version of the AsBuildEditing tools seem to not include the Construct line with endpoints construction tool.
The downloaded loaded.gas.config file has ConstructLineWithPointsDetails setup for endpoints to be added to a Pipe feature class, but this doesn't seem to work in the AsBuildEditing.mxd. I have tried to customize this section of the config file with no luck.
The config.xml that is packaged with the GasUtilityNetworkTool add-in has Tool Id="Esri_a4GasUtilities_AddLineWithEndPoints"
commented out - does this prevent this particular construction tool from working? Is anyone else having this issue?
