Installing ArcGIS for Desktop VBA Compatibility

How can I install VBA Compability without an authorization file for VBA? I have sent some emails to our support, but I had no answers and I need to work with some VBA scripts.

Yes but I need an authorization file for VBA, as in this topic. I have asked the Italian support but they haven't answered yet.

You are supposed to ask for it when you got your initial authorization number.  If Italian support isn't coming through, try the esri support or your regional office... they will listen if you are on support or someone will want to know why.

I have my initial authorization number for ArcGIS and I have written it to them. Unfortunately we have no regional offices.
