My client has ArcReader installed on multiple computers. And there is only one computer where ArcReader is not working correctly. In the identify window if you expand the plus sign under Assembly_Units, you should see "M2-2" and "A1". Like in the first screen shot attached. But on the one computer he only gets "POLE", "POLE" like in the 2nd screen shot attached. It's the same data, the same .pmf, the same Windows 7 version, the same network.
What sort of settings might be causing this? We've installed the newest ArcReader and tried a new geodatabase and .pmf.
