Splash Widget no longer loads in website

Hi there,

I have embedded a web app map in a wordpress page. It has always had a splash, and it has worked fine, even when I edit the splash. For some reason, after my most recent edit, the splash no longer loads in the website when using a browser or a mobile device. It works when I view it in arcviewer though, and if I hide the splash from view the map loads perfectly in the website.

If anyone could offer any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Is this something you made in Web AppBuilder? Is this a custom web map/app? Is this an out of the box web app? Can you post the website in which this is to load? Can you post a link to the web map/app?
