Hi, is it possible to use a map hosted on through Carto or on a website (through Google maps) as the base map for the spyglass function. I have some Chinese coordinates that I mapped with google fusion tables so they are not offset. I want to use those as my base and then have the spyglass function show a historical map that is hosted on ArcGIS online. Is this possible? Or if not does anyone know of a way of mapping the coordinates on ArcGIS online so they are not offset?
