ArcGIS Online Home Page for Smartphones

How we can configure ArcGIS Online to show the portal home page by default on smartphones instead the "Featured Maps" or list of webmaps.  Attach screen shots.  Thanks

We've been wondering this ourselves!  Our county is developing a mobile app that will have widgets that take users to mobile friendly pages.  I would love to add our home page for ArcGIS Online for our web mapping applications but not only does it look nothing like our full site home page but it doesn't even list our public featured or favorite maps.  This is crucial for us sharing the web maps that we create through ArcGIS Online.  Did you ever hear back from ESRI on this?
