I am using #ArcCollector for ArcGIS 10.4.0 on both Apple and Android platforms. The Attribute Table widget that is described on the Web AppBuilder page seems to only apply to the ArcGIS Online interface. The only way that I've found to view collected data while in the field, is to select and individual feature on the map. Please note that I collect data in Airplane mode as I my worksite is outside of cellular range.
