You should be able to download Survey123 Connect from here: Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS 

It requires that you login with your ArcGIS Online organization account.

How do I get the organizational account?. I logged on with the account that

Hi Alex,

You can create an ArcGIS Online organization and account here: http://www.arcgis.com/features/free-trial.html 

This will create a free trail account for you to test/play with ArcGIS Online for 60 days.

Once you have this account set-up, you will be able to download Survey123 Connect and you can use it to work with your ArcGIS Online organization.
