How to Change the Style color in Jewelry Box Theme WAB

Hi,

I am using ArcGIS Portal [Local]/WAB.

I need to apply the customized color in Jewelry Box Theme. 

The color value is

#3b8fc4

RGB  

59 , 143,196

The above customised color must shown in Jewelry Box Theme-Style, So the color can be selected and applied to Header Controller widget and appropriate places.

How to do it?
