I cannot "Get Map Data" to work

I open CityEngine, log on to ARCGIS Online, but I cannot "Get Map Data" to work

I can't even log into ArcGIS Online through CityEngine 2016.1. It fails with any username and password combo, even if we add our enterprise account using the Add Portal option.
