Hello all! I'm trying to model a river in HEC HMS for my MSc thesis. I'm using GeoHMS to prepare the input data for the model.
The problem is that the river has two outlet points due to an existing diversion before deltaic part. The diversion was constructed for flood management. I'm trying to set the diversion point in GeoHMS with no success. When I use one outlet point the watershed delineation exludes the sub-watershed of the diversion channel. How can i set two outlet points and also the diversion point?
I would appreciate some guidelines on this matter.
