failed to execute (upload service definition)

Using 10.3  Was able to publish for a while to collector. Then this error began. Unable to publish since. Co-workers able to publish same data under my collector account with no issues.

Any thoughts?

Cleaned the temp folder in "my hosted services"

When you see "packaging succeeded but publishing failed" that's an indication that the Server logs will give you the best idea of what's going wrong.  If there's nothing helpful when querying for Warning logs, I would set the logs to Verbose and Debug and try again.
