Silverlight API / SDK / Extensions for Visual Studio Please.

Guys, don't laugh too much be we have some Silverlight applications that we need to maintain but I can't find any link to download the Silverlight API / SDK / Extensions for Visual Studio. All the ESRI links are dead-ends and there is nothing on github / codeplex. Does anyone know where I can get those components from please ?

Silverlight is of course "retired" but found this page

in cause it has what you are looking for.  You may need to log in to access.
