StreetMap Premium: Services Area

Hello Everybody,

I have been using StreetMap Premium data to generate Services Areas. The parameters that I used in Layer Properties-> Analysis Settings are:

When I generated these services areas (5, 10, 15 minutes), it is not representing reality (I mean the area within 15 minutes is not possible to arrive at anyplace in that time in the real life). What would be the error for that?. Thanks.
