Since updating from v10.3 our users no longer get point data for Microstation annotation cells.
Microstation has all kinds of cells: graphic, annotation, shared, blablabla - they are like AutoCAD blocks. Annotation cells scale themselves based on the drawing scale. The organization uses annotation cells for about 80% of all the cells. I could convert them, but this is not desirable.
Is there a way to have ArcGIS recognize annotation cells from Microstation?
Also, I hope I published this to the right location. I wanted it to be a general ArcGIS question, but do not see that Place or Group in the list it gave me.
