How can you change the view in the project pane to view the folder paths to show the full path including drive? I'm using 1.3

Anyway to do that without having to hover?

you said in the project pane though... from the properties dialog in the map of the selected layer....

My preference is to have Windows explorer open as well, then I will always know the path to the project folder, then if 'stuff' is in a geodatabase, I will know where that is, then which layer is in each folder.

Other than that... If I really know where everything is... I write a little code snippet and grab the paths, names and properties.... (hovering is good though...)

I guess it can't do that. My problem is I have the same folder names on different drives and scrolling though is tedious and confusing when you are in a hurry or very busy. ArcMap basically has ArcCatalog built in so paths are visible. I might post on Ideas to have a view option that allows paths to be shown, I'm sure they are saving that for a later release.
