Topographic or terrain map without altitude labels

I am looking for a baselayer map that shows terrain, but does not have the altitude labels. I'm using it to overlay semi-transparent census blocks on the Adirondacks wilderness and I want to show the terrain, but the altitude labels clutter things.

Try adding World_Terrain_Base (MapServer) to the project.
