go to "My Esri" (top right login if necessary), My Organizations, then the Downloads link, then ArcMap 10.5 and finally when you are inthere look for

You can download the software from My Esri , as mentioned by Dan_Patterson, only if your organization is under Esri maintenance, and you should login to My Esri from your organizational account.

Else please contact your local Esri distributor to get a copy of the desired setup.
