Need help building model in ArcGIS
Without an extension for Spatial Analyst (or anything else for that matter, think the most bare bones license available for ArcMap), is it possible to calculate property frontage based on a parcel and a right of way layer? I'm skeptical of using road buffer to interesct the parcel layers, as something like this has to the potential to be wildly inaccurate.
If not, is there a potential work around?
